Le Saly Hotel & Hotel Club Filaos - All Inclusive

Just returned home from my stay at the Saly Hotel. I have been traveling for years and i have never came back from a vacation so exhausted. The nights (besides one Sunday) have been consistently disrupted by all sort of noises (music, tam tam, etc.) until sometimes 6 AM. Noting i sleep with double ear plugs and i could still hear the noise. We have raised this to the Hotel but unfortunately there was nothing the hotel could do as they are saying, but i must disagree. I am sure that there are laws governing how and when we can make such levels of noise and if they’re not respected the hotel must call the police, because your number 1 responsibility is to ensure your guests have the best time possible. The rest was ok. Food is good and unpretentious. The selection of wines as part of the all inclusive could be improved. The pool area is clean. The beach is nice but you can’t walk 2 meters without being constantly disturbed by someone. The room beside the bad soundproofing are ok but would benefit from a refresh. I would suggest you add small bottles of water in the toilet to use instead of tap water but also to add and refill at least a big bottle of water. We always had to take it from the restaurant. The staff is generally very nice but there are few elements that have been rude, not polite and not client friendly. I think overall the all inclusive is worth it but unfortunately the noise and the lack of proper sleep have made our stay a nightmare.

The rooms were simple and comfortable and the food was decent. However, the service was not great. The receptionists either ignored you while speaking to other people, could not make a simple decision (and had to wait for the manager), or even gave an attitude. I hosted an event there, and not once was I asked how it was going. When I mentioned that the conference room was very hot, and asked for more water, they could not even propose solutions (like an extra bottle of water, even if there is a cost). I found the reception staff to be tedious. The restaurant staff and others were nice. I would NOT rate this 4 star.

A kid died in the pool, the staff of the hotel didn’t care at all, it was really really sad, nobody was next to the pool to look after ,what really make me sad is that the hotel staff didn’t gave any support to the poor family… this hotel is a shame , my condolences to the family of the kid.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana durante le vacanze di Capodanno in questa bella bella struttura. Simpatia e ospitalità ovunque. Tutto pulitissimo ed ordinato . Appena arrivato il bravissimo cameriere Hibrahim ci ha accolto e coccolato tutto il tempo. La nostra bambina di 8 anni era serena e tranquilla , inoltre il baby club era veramente stupendo. Turisti abitudinari francesi. Tutti cortesi e felici di avere degli italiani tra gli ospiti. Fuori dall hotel c’è tutto, un villaggio con 2 supermercati ( occidentali Auchan ) e tanti piccoli negozi con tutto. Parrucchieri tabacchi bibite gelati Massima attenzione alla sicurezza degli ospiti. Guardie armate e non ovunque h24. Fuori dall ‘ hotel si possono trovare taxisti gentili che ti portano contrattando a M Bourbon o ovunque volete . Adorano gli italiani. Andateci il Senegal 🇸🇳 è stupendo.

Un séjour inoubliable ! Cet hôtel offre un cadre exceptionnel, alliant confort et élégance. Les chambres sont impeccables, bien aménagées, et la literie est d'un confort absolu. Quant aux installations, elles invitent véritablement à la détente. Les repas sont excellents et vous avez un certain choix qui répondra à tous. Vous avez la possibilité de pouvoir profiter des animations de l'hôtel club Marmara. Un bémol tout de même, le bruit la nuit venant des discothèques aux alentours de l'hôtel mais cela peut se résoudre avec des boucles quiese.

Très bon séjour à l'hotel le Saly, personnel à l'écoute. Repas très corrects et suffisamment variés. Chambres dans des cases, logement très propre. Parc arboré très agréable. Piscine entretenus tous les jours. Nous avons choisi de faire nos excursions avec Sénégal Excursions. Fatou était à l'écoute et on a ainsi pu établir notre programme à l'avance. Notre guide Max nous a fait découvrir de magnifiques lieux, et passer des moments privilégiés. ( Nuit au désert de Lompoul, Demi-journée réserve et ranch de Bandia, Journée Brousse et village, sortie en Quad). Un grand merci à toute l'équipe de Sénégal Excursions !!
